Returns

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
    • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  2. Non-Returnable Items
    • Customized or personalized items.
    • Items marked as “Final Sale.”
    • Gift cards.
  3. Return Process

    • Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.

Refunds

  1. Refund Approval
    • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Processing Refunds
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 15 days, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
    • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
  3. Damaged or Defective Items
    • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, size, or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
